It's no surprise to anyone that I love clothing, and I've found over the past years that my style has evolved and I'm wearing things that I normally wouldn't even have thought about trying in years past–and thank god for that because my sister playfully refers to my past clothing as "Bend it Like Beckham" style. In the words of a 21 year old free spirit, I believe she's telling me that my former style is definitely ready for revisions. Luckily, I wasn't in an exclusive relationship with that style and can change on a whim, and have for the most part.
For as long as I can remember I've loved wearing black. It conceals problem areas, is slimming and I can't help but think that clothing always looks better in black. Blame it on my long days at Bath & Body Works in college where my standard "uniform" was black on black, but it's a timeless monochromatic looks that never goes out of style.
In addition to this shadowy look, I received a new camera of Christmas and I'm trying to get the hang of it...somewhat unsuccessfully. Ha! Sorry for the somewhat blurry photos. Regardless, it doesn't take away from the adorable dark look, or the amazing wrap necklace by Wrist Candy Designs.
