dpHUE Review & Print Mixing

Celebrity Colorist Justin Anderson // Kelli from Big Hair Foodie Fare // Karina from Karina's Style Diaires // Brittney from The Pretty Plus

Last week I had the opportunity to hang with some of my blogger besties and attend the launch of dpHUE, a haircare line created by Donna Pohlad and celebrity colorist Justin Anderson that gives you salon results on your schedule. I love mixing up my haircare products, and couldn't resist the opportunity of meeting Justin Anderson. With celebrity clients like Jennifer Aniston and Kristin Cavallari, who could pass up this meet and greet opportunity? (Even though I was having a not-so-great hair day.) Needless to say, I'm sold on the dpHUE haircare line.

Justin Anderson coupled with the gorgeous Karina from Karina's Style Diaries was enough to make my night. Add in my blogger besties, Ashley from Fashionately Me, Kelli from Big Hair Foodie Fare and Brittney from The Pretty Plus and that is a recipe for a fab girls night out. The only thing missing were some cocktails and Kacie, but she was in stay-cation mode.

Since I was coming from work, I wore casual attire which consisted of one of my favorite puppy print tops from Anthropologie, grey ripped skinnies and stripes flats that I picked up at Nordstrom a few years ago. (If you haven't checked out the Halogen brand, you are definitely missing out!) Somehow print mixing with black and white pups and striped shoes worked that day, who knew.

Back to the haircare, definitely check out the dpHUE at Ulta. Not only does it smell amazing, but they have an awesome array of products for daily color care and renewing to root touch up and color boosting gloss treatments. The ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) Rise is quickly becoming my favorite product. It's a shampoo and conditioner substitute that works to cleanse your scalp and condition your hair in one step. Major win for after spin class when I just want to shower quickly and lounge.
