Because we work in a casual office, it’s not unlikely to find us in jeans seven days a week…but that doesn’t mean we don’t love a good dress! By now you should be familiar with eShakti, an online store offering custom pieces made exactly to your measurements and liking. How cool is that?!
While we’re both suckers for a good LBD, the beautiful changing of the leaves had us in the fall spirit and clearly gravitating towards these beauties in deep red (c/o eShakti). Take a look at how we each styled our selections below!
Jaime's Dreamy Drop Waist Look
Dresses are always a good idea in my book–especially in fall! I love how a simple dress can be accessorized and turned into a stunning ensemble or dressed down for a casual weekend look. This eShakti drop waist dress was perfect for a sunny fall day. I'm typically not a big fan of drop waist dresses, but I wanted to try something different than my normal fit and flare shaped dresses and I can say I love it! The darts at the waist, the pleating and the pockets are great details for any dress, but this stretch poplin material made the dress shine. It's a thicker material that helps add a little structure to your look. I think every girl knows that pockets on a dress are a major win, so this little red dress has already scored points in my book!
Kacie's Vintage Inspired Look
It’s no secret that I love pieces with vintage inspiration, so this contrast collar shirtdress was “the one” for me! I fell not only for its flattering, feminine shape but the plaid print, which is perfect for the season. Of course, the adorable white collar and puffy sleeves are my favorite features, giving it an extra element of fun that I crave in a dress. I paired it with my favorite Kendra Scott jewels, cat eye sunnies and blush pointy-toed pumps to complete the look and let me tell you, I got TONS of compliments that day! Super happy with my dress and can’t wait to wear it again!
