Indy Microblading Magic

Let me tell you a sad, sad story about a pre-teen girl who was so terrified of having a unibrow that she fell into plucking madness and ruined her brows forever…

As you might have guessed, I’m the main character of this horror story.

Tropical Tech with CaseApp

Just like my hair, this notebook is filled with secrets. Just kidding–it's brand new (and my hair is full of dry shampoo), completely blank and awaiting what's likely to become work meeting notes. I'm a little old school when it comes to my note taking and prefer handwritten notes to typed. I'm the same way with meeting and content calendars. If it's an online calendar, there's a fairly good chance I won't look at all. Thankfully my computer and iPhone have many more uses and I can accessorize them with cute CaseApp laptop skins and custom phone cases.

Major Kendra Scott Love + Upcoming Shopping Party in Indy

Image courtesy of Sami Renee Photography

Stop. Right. There. We had so much fun at the store opening a few weeks ago that we are hosting a Shopping Party with Ashley from fASHionately Me, Kelli from Big Hair & Foodie Fare and Brittney from The Pretty Plus this Friday, August 26th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Fashion Mall at Keystone. As if hanging with some of our favorite blogger pals wasn't enough, Kendra Scott will be providing sips and sweets and a 15% off discount for our party patrons. If we haven't sold you with the shopping discount, Kendra Scott will also be launching their new nail lacquer line and the first 20 shoppers who spend $50 will receive a free nail lacquer with their purchase. Cha-ching! We'll also be raffling off a Color Bar party to anyone who spends $100. If you haven't had a chance to play with the Color Bar, it's a great time to check it out. You can create custom pieces and take them home with you that night!

Three Cheers for Three Years, Part Two

For the second look of our blogiversary photo shoot with Elise Wright Photography (see part one here), we continued with the carefree, boho vibe that often represents rural, Indiana living. Sometimes life in Indianapolis can get hectic and it was nice to be reminded to slow down and reflect on the success that this little blog of ours has experienced over the last three years - and the beautiful countryside scenery wasn't bad either!

Three Cheers for Three Years, Part One

For probably about two years, we talked about how much fun it would be to have a blog. Finally, three years ago we took the plunge and haven't looked back since. It's been quiet the journey of testing our comfort zone and taking our blog to the next level. When we look back to our first outfit posts we both cringe, but we also celebrate our progress and the fact that we've continued to improve year after year. From nailing down our own personal styles to testing new trends, we've come to the conclusion that we absolutely love sharing our lives with our readers. In honor of our three year blogiversary, we decided to kick off our shoes, literally, and go back to our Midwestern roots.

We were lucky enough to have Elise Wright Photography along for the ride to capture these amazing shots for us! Kacie may or may not have gotten tetanus from a rusty nail and Jaime may or may not have been attacked by a weed–but all in the name of the perfect shot, right?

Sweet, Sweet Celebration

You guys!! Can you believe we've been blogging on Regally Soled for THREE YEARS?? We were so surprised when our friends at Shari's Berries sent us a sweet little treat from their newly revamped Birthday Collection to help us celebrate our 3-year blogiversary! You know we never pass up sugar so we had ourselves a sweet, sweet celebration after a day spent shopping the launch party for our local Kendra Scott store. Good day, right?!

Look Out Indy, Kenda Scott has Arrived

Calling all Indy girls – Kendra Scott has arrived and will now have a storefront in the Fashion Mall at Keystone, complete with full collection and of course their signature Color Bar.

There is no denying we love Kendra Scott jewelry! The amazing colorful pieces can bring life to outfits, and with so many options available each season–along with staple pieces like the Rayne necklace and Danielle earrings–you can't go wrong. We are more than excited to welcome the Kendra Scott brand to Indy with with open arms...and bank accounts that will soon be a little more depleted thanks to our love for accessories. Check out some of the ways we've styled our favorite Kendra Scott pieces:

Sweet Little Darlin'

Who doesn't love a good graphic tee? Its no news that I'm a fan! Now give that graphic tee cinched sleeves and tuxedo tails and I'm head-over-heels-heart-eye-emoji-stalker-status in love. I came across this absolutely precious Knot Sisters tee at my favorite boutique Elysian Co. earlier this summer and knew this little darlin' needed to come home with me. Unfortunately, it's no longer available but you can still shop their collection for other adorable pieces!

Laced Up Edge

So this outfit is adorable, right? The laced up detailing, the ripped skinny jeans and studded sandals make for a super comfortable, edgy ensemble. You know what’s not cute? Sweating to death in 100+ degree heat and crazy humidity while wearing your cute outfit. But, regardless of the heat, I wore this outfit because a) no one ever said I made the best choices every day of my life and b) I have been dying to wear this Project Social T tank before summer was over and visiting the in-store #Nsale seemed like the perfect day.

Modern Marilyn

I'm a firm believer that in the summer, every girl needs a little white dress - and how cute is this one?! I found this adorable flare dress at Charlotte Russe and fell in love with the knotted front - and the low price!
