Flirty Flowing Fuschia Fun

Flirty, flowing, fuschia and fun are the perfect descriptors for this dress! It's no secret when the weather warms up this girl goes straight for flowing fabrics and girly silhouettes. Unfortunately, Indiana weather has had other plans for me and I've been dressing more fall than spring (as seen here). We've only had a few days of perfectly sunny, warm weather, so on that rare occasion when it was an absolute downpour, I opted for this bright fuschia cold shoulder dress. I couldn't resist when I saw this beauty! How could you?

I'd love to play this off as if this is the perfect work attire, but unfortunately cold shoulder dresses like–this ASOS one–and off the shoulder tops have yet to make the list of work appropriate attire. Trust me, I'd love to wear this fuschia beauty to the office instead of out to dinner on the weekend, but alas, work style has yet to catch up with style blogger fashion.

Can we also focus on how adorable this necklace is!? The delicate chain and aqua stones totally pop against this bright fushcia dress. My love for Elysian Co doesn't just stop at the clothing. The boutique has equally amazing jewelry as well. This necklace totally spoke to me from the moment I saw it and means even more know it was made by an girl whose spirit is beautiful inside and out. Her creativity and love for her craft shows deeply in her work and I was excited to get a behind the scenes look a how she creates her pieces. Definitely check out Lulu Tschantz Designs (also sold in store at Elysian Co)! Her pieces are uniquely beautiful and absolutely one of a kind–and you can't beat her prices!

Side Note: Standing on a natural stone staircase in heels was quite an interesting scenario. There was another f-word that I wanted to say when I just about fell while laughing at Kacie running from a bee...but I'll keep that to myself.
