Wildest Dreams

There's no denying that fall is coming, and don't get me wrong, I looooove fall. And by love, I mean it's my favorite thing in the world. I'm not dramatic at all.

So while I'm super excited to start working fall transition pieces into my look, you won't see me prancing around town in a sweater, scarf and knit beanie any time soon just for picture's sake. You know who I'm talking about - tall, thin, long brown hair. Oh wait, that describes about half of the style blogger population! :) Just kidding, they're all adorable, despite their 90-degree-sweater-wearing habits.

Earrings: c/o Helen's Jewels | Bag: Michael Kors | Watch: Akribos XXIV

But I do like to start implementing fall colors, booties, vests, and light-weight scarves to bring my fave season into play. When I came across this amazing dress at Dottie Couture, I knew I needed it stat. And how amazing are these earrings from Helen's Jewels?! Definitely check out this site for some adorably affordable jewels - you won't be disappointed!

Jaime and I took these photos at our favorite local park and all we could think of was the latest Taylor Swift video - and there you have the name of this post. Happy Tuesday, loves - hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

  3. Wait...are you talking about me? :-) Haha...It's so true. It's hard not to wear fall things this time of year even though it's still 100 degrees. I'll probably still be able to wear my summer wardrobe into October :-(
The color of your dress is gorgeous! I love the shape too!

  4. Such a gorgeous sweater! Beautiful color! Perfect for fall! I totally agree with you on fashion bloggers wearing sweaters a little too soon. I like how you said it in such a fun, non-offensive way. I don't like to rush the seasons. We'll be wearing cold weather clothes long enough..lets enjoy summer ones while we still can. Lovely photos too!
