Indy Style Blogger Brunch Recap + Cocoa Brown Giveaway

This past weekend we had the opportunity to host some of our fellow Indianapolis style bloggers to brunch at a local favorite, Rick's Cafe Boatyard. At some point when we meet, it will be sunny - I promise (remember our last meet up at the adorable Cake Bake Shop?)! We were excited to be contacted by Cocoa Brown to sponsor the event and provide all of the girls with a can of their 1 Hour Tan mousse and mitt (can we just tell you how much we loooove it?? Check out our review here). We're equally excited to share this product - which totally went viral the same day as our brunch for being used by Kylie Jenner - with one lucky reader.

Living in landlocked Indiana, the waterfront views and mimosas had us feeling like we were on vacation from the minute we sat down. The great food and even better company were a great way to end the weekend. Scroll through the pictures below to see some shots of our brunch and favorite style bloggers in Indy.

We've had so much fun getting to know our local style bloggers and we encourage you to reach out to those in your area as well. Each of these ladies have a unique style and continue to inspire us to continue our blogging adventures each day. Can't wait for the next time we get together!

  4. I love Rick's Boatyard - nothing beats evening drinks & live music on the patio there in the summertime. Looks like you had a great time!
And I'm a 'tan only in the summer' girl...

  5. I would rock a tan during the warm months but probably forgo the winter months. I do love to be tan but with having had melanoma twice I can't tan by the sun any more. Thanks for this giveaway.

    1. That is terrible, Christy! We are so sorry to hear that you've had melanoma twice. The Cocoa Brown tan mousse is definitely a good way to give you a glow, without the sun damage.
