Black Hat Chic

Top: Mossimo (old) | Blazer: Christian Siriano (old) | Denim: AE | Booties: Mossimo | Necklace & Bracelet: Groopdealz | Watch: Michael Kors | Hat: Old Navy (no longer available)

It's a wonder that I'm smiling in these photos...

Earlier this week, Jaime and I headed to our regular lunchtime haunt - AKA Target - and snapped these photos in subzero temperatures. Okay, so maybe it wasn't subzero exactly but I do believe this was the closest I've ever been to having hypothermia.

Is anyone else still loving the floppy hat trend? I found this one at Old Navy earlier this Fall and am so glad I gave it a try! I am all about using accessories to add a little somethin' somethin' to my look and this hat, bow necklace and arm candy were the perfect mates with my ruffled blouse and blazer. Hope everyone is having a great week  - I'm getting super excited for the holidays. I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week! Craziness!

  1. I love Old Navy! On-trend pieces at an affordable price, so you really can test-drive stuff without breaking the bank. You look super cute here! :) And not cold at all despite the cold temps.

I feel you though, girl- I shot some outfit posts this weekend and it was like 12 here in KC (or at least it felt like it!) and I could notttttt shake the "I'm so COLD" face, haha. :)
